Class Description
During the 120 minutes Workshop class, learn all about crêpes, and the art of Sweet crêpe making while elaborating sophisticated Dessert Recipes, such Banana Foster, Crêpe Suzette ...etc. The group setting makes it fun! You'll be learning tricks to make crêpe batter from scratch easily, eat crêpes that are piling up with your favorite fillings. The class ends with a unique or classic recipe, that you get to take home or eat on premises. This class program is very hands-on & interactive.
