Where are you located?
Our flagship store is located inside the French Market of Chicago at 131 N. Clinton St. Chicago IL 60661. We are in the center aisle and close to the Clinton Street Entrance.
What are your hours of operation?
We are opened Monday through Friday from 8AM till 6:30PM and Saturday from 9AM until 4PM. We are closed on Major holidays and feel free to call us at 1.888.808.3547 Extension to ask one of our employees about modified hours of operations due to national holidays.
How long have you been in business?
FliP Crêpes is one of the original vendors that started at the French Market of Chicago when it opened in December 2009. Before that, we were in Farmers Markets around in the Chicago Suburbs.
Is there Free parking available?
You offer a FREE 1 hour parking in the garage facility located on Clinton Street (between Lake St. & Randolph St.), with a $20 purchase atthe French Market and a validated card which need to be requested to the parking attendant. If you decide to come in for 15 minutes, you also may park in the flashing zone on Clinton St. in front of the French Market of Chicago.
Do you have other locations?
No, not at this time. You may see us at diverse Farmers markets or festivals in the spring-summer time.
Do you offer curbside pick up?
Yes, you can order on the phone, from this website or our App to pre-order and pick up. You can also ask for a curbside pick if you are driving; simply park at the 131 N Clinton loading zone with your warning and call 1.888.808.3547 option 1 when you have arrived and we'll come right out with the boxes.
Do you offer corporate discounts?
Depending on the size of your office and location we may want to partner up and work on a corporate discount. Please go to our 'Help!' page and submit a ticket to inquire about it and give us information on the corporation you work for how benefecial it would be for us to work together.
Do you offer a reward or loyalty program?
Yes, we have a '10 purchase, get 1 FREE Crêpe loyalty program. In order to participate in our loyalty program, simply give the cashier your phone number every time you visit us and we will register your purchase. Once you are in our system you can access your purchase history, receipts and loyalty stamps through our website or our App.

Nutrition F.A.Q.s

What type of flour do you use for your crêpe mix?
We make our own crêpe mix using a blend of rice flour and millet. Our savory crêpe mix also contains buckwheat flour.
Do you provide the Nutritional information & allergens on your food?
We are updating the nutritional data a the moment and we should have a brochure available online for download. In the meantime, feel free to contact customer support so we can answer any questions you may have.
Is your food Gluten Free certified?
We are not a gluten free certified establishment. With the exception of the Croq Monsieur Bread (which we handle separately to avoid cross contanimation), we only use gluten free ingredients. All of our crêpes, pitas and salad bowls are Gluten Free.

Do you offer Delivery Service?
Yes, our delivery ordering minimum is $20, and we delivery to rensidential and offices within 2 miles of our location at this time. Our online menu offers the choice of Individual LunchBOXES, Party Trays (for Groups) and À La Carte/Build your Own items. Our Ordering plateform offers extreme flexibility and the possibility customize your food, so it is perfect for groups with different needs and diet requirements. Also you get FREE delivery when ordering on our website.

chef Stations F.A.Q.s

what is the miminum guests/price for a crêpe station?
There is no minimum as far as how many guests. We charge per chef for a 2 hour service. Our minimum is $850 for a 1 chef station
Can you make custom recipes?
Yes we can. We base these request of the Classic Recipe pricing and charge extra depending on ingredients or complexity of recipe.
What type of power source do you need?
We do not need any electricty. We use portable butane range specifically made for catering indoor/outdoor events.
Can you serve large amounts of pre-made crêpes?

Retail F.A.Q.s

What type of warranty is there on the Greaser?
We offer a 30 day warranty, with the possiblity to exchange or get a refund. There will be a charge of $10 for the used felt pad which we cannot re-stock and a re-stock fee of 20% on total returned items.
Do you ship internationally?
No, not from this website presently. We will upgrade our shopping shortly and we will offer the possibility of international shipping then. If you would like to order internationally, buy from Amazon.com or our Ebay Store
