Orders of $75 or more qualify for free Standard shipping. This offer is valid for single-destination shipments within the continental United States only.

Flipcrêpes products using Standard shipping services have no shipping charges.

Heavyweight shipping may apply on orders over a certain heavy weight limit and/or on commercial orders, depending on zip codes.

Free shipping and the flat rate ground shipping exclude Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses, and the US Territories.

Standard shipping only applies to orders under 20 lbs. In some instances, there may be a heavy weight surcharge applies to orders over 20 lbs

Gift cards using Express have a $6.50 shipping charge per destination. Gift cards using Overnight have a $10.00 shipping charge per destination.

Merchandise Total does not include any merchandise discounts.

No, we do not ship orders to PO Boxes.

We currently only ship with the contiguous US & Canada.

To ship items to multiple addresses, simply place a separate order for each shipment. We cannot divide the same order into multiple shipments.

It depends. Currently we can only ship to very limited number of PO Box addresses, depending on package size and distance. To ensure delivery, please provide both PO Box address and non-PO Box address at checkout.

Additionally, some items are shipped directly from our vendors and may not be eligible for APO/FPO delivery. Generally, the items that would not be eligible for APO/FPO delivery are very large items such as furniture. We will be happy to provide information for specific items at your request.
